What Is Included in a Full Check-Up?
The four building blocks
Every serious check-up, anywhere in the world, is built from the same four components. What separates programs is how deep each block goes.
- Laboratory panel — complete blood count, blood sugar and HbA1c, cholesterol profile, liver, kidney and thyroid function, urine analysis; higher tiers add vitamins, hormones and tumour markers
- Imaging — abdominal ultrasound and chest X-ray as a base; larger programs add thyroid and other targeted ultrasounds and, for women, breast imaging
- Cardiac testing — resting ECG in every program; echocardiography and exercise stress testing in the larger tiers
- Physician examinations — internal medicine as the anchor, with gynecology, urology, ophthalmology, ENT and dermatology appearing as tiers rise
Three tiers, one logic
The Essential Health Screening (32 examinations, $494) answers the fundamental question: is anything obviously wrong with my metabolism, blood, heart rhythm or major organs? It is the right choice for younger adults and first-time screeners.
The Comprehensive Check-Up (51 examinations for women, 50 for men) adds cancer screening depth — tumour markers, gender-specific examinations — plus broader imaging and cardiac testing. The Premium Check-Up (74/72 examinations) is the executive level: maximum laboratory depth, extended imaging, and consultations across virtually every relevant specialty.
The tiers are cumulative: everything in Essential is inside Comprehensive, and everything in Comprehensive is inside Premium. You are never choosing between different philosophies — only how deep to go.
Why women's and men's programs differ
From the Comprehensive tier upward, programs split by gender: women's versions include gynecological examination and breast imaging; men's versions include urological assessment and PSA testing. This is also why prices differ slightly — the women's panel contains additional examinations.
Tailoring with mini modules
If you have a specific concern — thyroid, advanced cardiac risk, allergy, sleep, full-body MRI — 18 focused mini modules can be added to any program. Examinations already included in your base program are automatically deducted, so you never pay for the same test twice. Frequently asked questions
Does a full check-up include cancer screening?
The Comprehensive and Premium tiers include tumour markers and gender-specific cancer-relevant examinations. For a focused work-up of one concern — prostate, breast, gynecological or colon — dedicated diagnostic packages exist alongside the check-up programs.
Is an MRI included in a standard check-up?
Not in the standard tiers — worldwide, MRI is not a routine screening tool for people without symptoms. A full-body MRI is available as an optional mini module.

What is the difference between the $494 and the $1,750 program?
Depth. Essential (32 examinations) covers core metabolic, blood, organ and heart-rhythm screening; Premium (up to 74 examinations) adds extensive tumour markers, hormones, advanced cardiac testing, broader imaging and multiple specialist consultations.
